About the Author
Andy Dumas is a Canadian boxing coach and certified fitness consultant who works with the WBC developing "The World School of Boxing." He also hosts and produces a number of TV fitness and sports shows. He is the author of Knockout Fitness,�The One-Two Punch Boxing Workout, and Successful Boxing.�He lives in Ontario, Canada. Jamie Dumas studied human kinetics at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, and has extensive experience in the fitness industry. She is a trainer of fitness instructors, and develops a variety of programs and workshops for fitness clubs. Sergio Martinez is an Argentine professional boxer, and the former world middleweight champion.
