Frank Scalise is a twenty year police veteran (retired), having served in patrol and investigations and in various commands. He has a master's degree from the University of Louisville in Administration of Justice. He currently writes and teaches leadership to police agencies across the United States and Canada.

It was nice to have Scalise's perspective as he is a practitioner ...

I used this book for a paper about body cameras. It was nice to have Scalise's perspective as he is a practitioner instead of just a researcher (no offense to those that are). He new of real complications with body cameras which were similar to ones that I had seen prior to reading it. It was good stuff and should certainly be read by law enforcement upper echelon who are seeking to write body camera policy.
